  IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Remember to add funds to trading account only through your bank account that you have registered with us.
  • As per SEBI guidelines, you can only transfer funds from your registered bank account with Swastika Investmart

  • As per SEBI regulations, we are required to maintain separate bank accounts for Equity and Commodity, so please ensure you are using the correct bank account for the transfer
  • If you want to transfer funds from your Equity Account to your Commodity Account, you will have to first place a Funds Withdrawal request, and then transfer funds again to Swastika Investmart in the correct account.
  • As per SEBI rules, we cannot accept Cash transfers or Paytm, UPI, BHIM or any other digital wallet transfers, or transfers through Debit or Credit Cards.
  • If you do not see the credit in your trading account immediately after transferring funds from the instant payment gateway, or after the stipulated time for IMPS / NEFT / RTGS transfers, you need to send us a screenshot of the debit from your bank account to funds@tradingbells.com so we can coordinate with your bank and the payment gateway. If the payment fails for any reason, you will need to wait at least 24 hours for the funds to reflect in your trading account.

  IMPORTANT NOTES

  • You can place a fund withdrawal request by entering your details here or by sending an email to funds@tradingbells.com stating your Client ID, amount to be withdrawn and the segment (Equity / Commodity).
  • Withdrawal requests can only be placed online or through email, and we do not accept requests for funds withdrawal over the phone.
  • All withdrawals are processed at 1 PM on Mondays to Fridays and any withdrawal request placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
  • Funds may take up to 24 hours to be credited to your bank account once they are processed by us.
