Terms & Conditions
- 20% of the brokerage sharing will be credited to the referrer by 5th of the following month for a period of one year from the referred client's KYC date.
- A referral will be considered valid only if the account is opened using the referrer’s shared link.
- This program is not applicable to Channel Partners, Sub-Brokers, Digital Referral Associates, Employees, and Authorized Persons.
- If the referred client’s details are already registered in the Swastika database, the referral will be ineligible for rewards.
- All referral payments are subject to review by Swastika’s due diligence team. The company reserves the right to withhold or deny rewards in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
- Swastika Investmart Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at its discretion, with prior notification to clients.
- Any disputes related to this program will not be entertained on the Exchange platform.
- Any misuse of the referral program — including creating fake or non-genuine accounts for monetary benefits — will invite strict disciplinary action.
- Distribution of referral benefits to any third party, or acquiring clients through any form of trade inducement or unethical practice, is strictly prohibited. Any such patterns detected will lead to immediate disciplinary measures.
