The three companies have different business models, growth opportunities and valuation considerations.
Moneyview's ₹1,092 crore IPO has a price band of ₹32–34 per share and includes a ₹750 crore fresh issue along with an offer for sale of around ₹342 crore. The fresh proceeds are planned mainly for lending under default-loss guarantee arrangements and strengthening the capital base of its NBFC subsidiary. A-One Steels is raising ₹405 crore at a price band of ₹385–405 per share. Swastika Investmart has assigned a Subscribe rating to the issue, citing factors including backward integration, manufacturing scale, debt reduction and improvement in profitability. The brokerage also highlighted the company's FY26 revenue of ₹4,202 crore and PAT of ₹127.4 crore.
SRIT India's ₹218.40-crore IPO opened on September 28 and will remain open until September 30. The price band is ₹123–130 per share, with a lot size of 115 shares. Swastika Investmart has given the issue a Neutral view, highlighting opportunities from public sector digitalisation, healthcare IT integration and smart-metering while also pointing to working-capital cycles and dependence on government-tendered contracts as factors to monitor. Shah Investor's Home also opened its IPO on September 28. The ₹90 crore issue has a price band of ₹159–167 per share and a lot size of 85 shares. Swastika Investmart highlighted the company's established client relationships, digital adoption and GIFT City operations, while also raising concerns around weak earnings, negative operating cash flow and concentration in Gujarat.
Dove Soft is another SME IPO coming to the market. The issue will open on September 30 and close on October 5, with a price band of ₹104–111 per share. The company plans to raise ₹73.26 crore through a combination of fresh shares and an offer for sale. Swastika Investmart is the book-running lead manager as well as the market maker for the issue. The current IPO pipeline shows a mix of technology, financial services, manufacturing and cloud communication businesses. With several issues running at the same time, investors are tracking factors such as valuations, earnings, business growth, use of proceeds and the risks specific to each company.
