अमेरिकी मुद्रास्फीति के कम होने से निवेशकों में उम्मीद बढ़ गई है कि फेडरल रिजर्व आने वाले महीनों में ब्याज दरों में बढ़ोतरी की गति को कम कर देगा क्योकि मुद्रास्फीति अब नियंत्रित होती दिखाई दे रही है। ब्याज दरों में वृद्धि की गति धीमे होने की उम्मीद में सोने की कीमतें पिछले सप्ताह में ढाई महीने के उच्च स्तर पर पहुंच गई और पिछले कुछ महीनों में पिछला सप्ताह कीमती धातुओं के लिए सबसे अच्छा रहा, जिसमे घरेलु वायदा बाजार में सोना 3 प्रतिशत तेज़ हो कर 52500 रुपये प्रति दस ग्राम और चांदी भी 3 प्रतिशत तेज़ हो कर 62500 रुपये प्रति किलो के स्तरों पर पहुंच गई है। अमेरिकी मुद्रास्फीति ( सीपीआई) अक्टूबर में पिछले नौ महीनों में सबसे धीमी गति पर रही। अक्टूबर के लिए हाल ही में जारी अमेरिकी उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक (सीपीआई) रिपोर्ट 7.9 प्रतिशत के अनुमान की तुलना में 7.7 प्रतिशत साल-दर-साल रही, जो सितंबर की रिपोर्ट में 8.2 प्रतिशत थी। मुद्रास्फीति की यह रिपोर्ट अमेरिकी फेड के आक्रामक निर्णय को बदल सकती है जिसका असर बाजार में देखने को मिल रहा है। बाज़ार में फेड द्वारा ब्याज दरें 75 आधार अंक बढ़ाने की जगह 50 आधार अंक बढ़ाने की अटकले तेज़ हो गई है। अमेरिकी डॉलर, जो सोने के विपरीत दिशा में चलता है, लगभग तीन महीनों के निचले स्तरों पर पहुंच गया है, जबकि 10 साल की अमेरिकी ट्रेजरी यील्ड 4 प्रतिशत के नीचे फिसल गई है, जो एक महीने का निचला स्तर है। भारत में शादी सीजन शुरू होने से कीमती धातुओं की हाज़िर मांग अभी मजबूत रहने की सम्भावना है। सोने के विकल्प के रूप में मानी जाने वाली क्रिप्टो करेंसी बिटकॉइन अपने उच्चतम स्तरों से 75 प्रतिशत टूट चुकी है, जिससे निवेशकों का भरोसा सोने में बना हुआ है।
इस सप्ताह कीमती धातुओं में तेज़ी जारी रहने की सम्भावना है। दिसम्बर वायदा सोने की कीमतों में 51400 रुपये पर सपोर्ट है और 53200 रुपये पर प्रतिरोध है। दिसंबर वायदा चांदी में 61000 रुपये पर सपोर्ट और 63500 रुपये पर प्रतिरोध है।
तीसरी तिमाही में अमेरिका के जीडीपी आंकड़े अनुमान से मजबूत दर्ज किये गए जिससे पिछले सप्ताह डॉलर इंडेक्स में तेज़ी रही और कीमती धातुओं में बिकवाली का दबाव रहा। अमेरिका से जारी आकड़ो से संकेत मिलते है की ब्याज दरों में वृद्धि के बावजूद अमेरिकी अर्थव्यवस्था बेहतर प्रदर्शन कर रही है। अर्थव्यवस्था में लचीलेपन के संकेत से फेडरल रिजर्व को तेज़ गति से ब्याज दरों को बढ़ाने के लिए अधिक जगह मिली हैं। इससे डॉलर और ट्रेजरी यील्ड को बढ़ावा मिला है और कीमती धातुओं पर दबाव बढ़ा है। मजबूत जीडीपी डेटा ने ऐसी उम्मीदों को कम कर दिया कि केंद्रीय बैंक दिसंबर में ब्याज दरों में बढ़ोतरी की गति को धीमा कर देगा। अमेरिकी केंद्रीय बैंक द्वारा व्यापक रूप से अगले सप्ताह ब्याज दरों में 75 आधार अंकों की वृद्धि की उम्मीद है, जो इस साल चौथी ब्याज दर वृद्धि होगी। यूरो का उपयोग करने वाले 19 देशों के लिए केंद्रीय बैंक (ईसीबी) ने अपनी मैन रीफिनान्सिंग दर को 75 आधार अंकों से बढ़ाकर 2 प्रतिशत कर दिया, जो 2009 के बाद से उच्चतम दर है। पिछले सप्ताह एमसीएक्स में सोना 0.35 प्रतिशत टूट कर 50450 रुपए प्रति दस ग्राम के स्तरों पर रहा जबकि चांदी की कीमते सपाट रही और 57700 रुपए प्रति किलो पर कारोबार करती रही।
इस सप्ताह अमेरिकी फ़ेडरल बैंक की बैठक और पैरोल के आंकड़े कीमती धातुओं के लिए महत्वपूर्ण रहेंगे। और कीमतों में दबाव रहने की सम्भावना है। दिसम्बर वायदा सोने की कीमतों में 49700 रुपये पर सपोर्ट है और 51000 रुपये पर प्रतिरोध है। दिसंबर वायदा चांदी में 55000 रुपये पर सपोर्ट और 59000 रुपये पर प्रतिरोध है।
फेड की ब्याज दरों को लेकर आक्रामक मौद्रिक नीति के रहते अमेरिकी बेंचमार्क ट्रेज़री यील्ड 4.2 प्रतिशत के स्तरों पर पहुंच चुकी है, जो 15 साल का उच्चतम स्तर है। ट्रेज़री यील्ड में तेज़ी रहने से अमेरिकी डॉलर, जो सोने के विपरीत दिशा में चलता है, लगातार 20 सालों की उचाई पर मंडरा रहा है। मजबूत अमेरिकी बांड यील्ड और डॉलर के सामने सोने की कीमतों में गिरावट बनी हुई है और कॉमेक्स वायदा बाजार में सोने के भाव 1630 डॉलर प्रति औंस के निचे फिसल चुके है, जो दो सालों का निचला स्तर है। घरेलु वायदा बाजार में भी सोने की कीमतों में गिरावट आई है, लेकिन रुपय का डॉलर की तुलना में कमजोर रहने से यह गिरावट सीमित बनी हुई है। अमेरिकी डॉलर 82.50 रुपये के स्तरों पर पहुंच चुका है। दुनिया भर में बढ़ती ब्याज दरों ने सोना रखने की अवसर लागत को बढ़ा दिया है। सोने पर आउटलुक इस उम्मीद से मंद है कि केंद्रीय बैंक मुद्रास्फीति के खिलाफ अपनी लड़ाई में ब्याज दरें बढ़ाना जारी रखेंगे। बाजार में उम्मीद हैं कि फेड नवंबर में दरों में 75 आधार अंकों की वृद्धि करेगा। केंद्रीय बैंक के सदस्यों ने भी हाल ही में चेतावनी दी है कि अगर मुद्रास्फीति समय पर नियंत्रित नहीं हुई तो ब्याज दरें उम्मीद से कहीं ज्यादा बढ़ सकती हैं।
इस सप्ताह दिवाली पर बाज़ारो में अवकाश रहने से सोने की मांग सुस्त रह सकती है जिससे कीमतों में गिरावट रहने की सम्भावना है। दिसम्बर वायदा सोने की कीमतों में 49000 रुपये पर सपोर्ट है और 50800 रुपये पर प्रतिरोध है। दिसंबर वायदा चांदी में 53000 रुपये पर सपोर्ट और 57000 रुपये पर प्रतिरोध है।
फेड मिनटों से स्पष्ट है की फेड, नवंबर की बैठक में 0.75 प्रतिशत अपेक्षित गति से ब्याज दरों में वृद्धि जारी रखेगा और यह बैंक की लगातार चौथी ऐसी दर वृद्धि होगी जिससे पिछले सप्ताह कीमती धातुओं में ऊपरी स्तरों पर बिकवाली का दबाव रहा। तेज़ी से ब्याज दरे बढ़ाने के बावजूद मुद्रास्फीति फेड के अनुसार प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दे रहा है, और लगातार ब्याज दर वृद्धि के कारण वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था आर्थिक मंदी की चपेट में आने की सम्भावना बढ़ रही है। पिछले सप्ताह अमेरिकी मुद्रास्फीति के आंकड़े सितंबर में 40 साल के उच्च स्तर पर पहुंच गए, जो लगातार उपभोक्ता की आय पर दबाव बना रहा है और फेडरल रिजर्व को एक और आक्रामक ब्याज दर वृद्धि करने के लिए मजबूर कर रहा है। अमेरिकी श्रम विभाग द्वारा गुरुवार को जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार, मुख्य उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक ( कोर सीपीआई ) , जिसमें फ़ूड और एनर्जी शामिल नहीं है, एक साल पहले की तुलना में 6.6 प्रतिशत बढ़ा, जो 1982 के बाद का उच्चतम स्तर है। एक महीने पहले से, कोर सीपीआई दूसरे महीने के लिए 0.6 प्रतिशत बढ़ गया है। अगस्त की तुलना में सितंबर में समग्र सीपीआई 0.4 प्रतिशत बढ़ा है। हालांकि, मुद्रास्फीति की वार्षिक दर 8.3 प्रतिशत से थोड़ी धीमी होकर 8.2 प्रतिशत हो गई है। भारत में सितंबर खुदरा मुद्रास्फीति की दर 7.41 प्रतिशत तक पहुंच गई, जो मुख्य रूप से खाद्य मुद्रास्फीति में उछाल के कारण है। एमसीएक्स में पिछले सप्ताह सोना 2.5 प्रतिशत टूट कर 50700 रुपये प्रति दस ग्राम और चांदी 6.7 प्रतिशत टूट कर 56700 रुपये प्रति किलो पर रही। मुद्रास्फीति में बढ़ोतरी के बीच भारत में त्यौहार की मांग रहने से कीमती धातुओं में निचले स्तरों पर सपोर्ट रह सकता है।
